SUF 2.0 · Cancellation & Refund PolicyVersion 1.0Effective 8 September 2026
Important: All payments are final. Once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, the registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable, subject only to circumstances expressly stated below.

1. No Cancellation After Payment

Once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, the registration is considered final. A paid registration cannot be cancelled by the participant, delegate, group coordinator or registering organisation.

2. No Refund

All registration fees paid to SUF 2.0 are non-refundable. No refund will be provided where a participant is unable to attend, changes their plans, does not attend the event, arrives late or leaves early, is unable to participate in a particular session or optional activity, fails to comply with registration or admission requirements, or otherwise chooses not to use the confirmed registration.

3. No-Show

A participant who does not attend SUF 2.0 will be treated as a no-show. No refund, credit or reimbursement will be provided for a no-show.

4. Group / Corporate Registration

For group or corporate registrations, payment for confirmed delegate places is final. Once payment has been successfully completed, the paid registration cannot be cancelled, the number of paid places cannot be reduced for refund purposes and unused delegate places are not refundable.

5. Failed or Unsuccessful Payment

A payment transaction that is failed, rejected, cancelled by the payment gateway, incomplete or otherwise not successfully confirmed is not regarded as a completed payment. Where available, the participant may retry the payment.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payment

Where the same registration has genuinely been charged more than once due to a duplicate transaction or verified payment-processing error, the Organiser may investigate and correct the duplicate charge. This is not considered a participant-requested refund.

7. Programme Changes

Changes to speakers, programme content, session times, rooms, activities or other programme arrangements do not entitle a participant to cancellation or refund where SUF 2.0 continues to be conducted. Availability of individual optional or limited-capacity activities is not guaranteed and does not affect the non-refundable status of the main registration.

8. Event Postponement, Rescheduling or Cancellation by the Organiser

If SUF 2.0 is postponed, rescheduled, relocated or cancelled due to circumstances affecting delivery of the event, the Organiser will determine and communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants. Any transfer, credit, refund or other arrangement, if applicable, will be determined by the Organiser based on the circumstances.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests based on exceptional circumstances do not create an automatic entitlement to cancellation or refund. Any exceptional arrangement, if considered, is entirely subject to the discretion and approval of the authorised Organiser.

10. Contact

For enquiries concerning payment or registration status, participants may contact the SUF 2.0 Secretariat using the official contact details published on the SUF 2.0 website. Participants should quote their registration number, order number or receipt number where applicable.
